Additional informations to rates

  • The rent contains the whole mansion (all rooms as described, parking lot, terraces and garden).
  • Additional expenses come for: final cleaning CHF 250 flat. For bed linen and towels we calculate CHF 5 per person and night (first 2 persons are for free)
  • Expenses for electricity, heating and holiday taxes are included in the fee.
  • The rent is to be paid in CHF.

Additional informations to rental

  • The reservation and rental agreement are legally valid with the receipt of an advance payment of CHF 1000. If it does not take place within 10 days upon reservation, then the reservation and rental agreement is not materialised. In this case, there is no claim of rent, replacement or damages.
  • The final payment has to be made 30 days in advance of arrival. If the reservation of the villa takes place less than 45 days before arrival, the whole rent is due within 10 days.
  • In case of cancellation of the rented property, delayed arrival or early departure, there is no claim of refund of the house rent against the lessor. If new tenants can be found, then the lessor refunds the renter the net return of the new tenants in the concerning rental period minus an expense flat rate of CHF 500. It is therefore recomended to complete a travel insurance as a renter.
  • The house and furniture are insured against fire, water, extendended coverage, glass breakage and so on. The lessor is not responsible if the rent is delayed or made impossible by force majeure or massive damage of one of the previous tenant or third party.
  • The vacation villa is a well-kept vacation home. The renter takes care of the house, facility and furniture and informs the lessor of possible damages. In case of negligence, the renter is responsible for the costs of the damage, replacement, repair and possible loss of rent. At most, the renter’s liability insurance, that he has concluded, is responsible for that.
  • The court of jurisdiction of Frauenfeld TG is considered for any legal dispute.

Additional informations to your stay

  • The vacation villa is a non-smoker domicile. The renter is obliged to not smoke inside the house.
  • Check-in time on arrival day is not earlier than 4PM. Check-out time on departure day not later than 10AM.
  • The guest informations are to be followed. These will be mailed to our guests after reservation. The kitchen has to be left clean and tidy, the barbecue grill has to be cleaned after use. any furniture moved by guests such as beds, tables or matrasses must be moved back. Waste is to be cleared and disposed of.
  • According to official local regulation the level of noise around the house is to be reduced between 22:00 hrs and 06.00 hrs in the morning.
